During my Christmas stay, I loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the famous rope way and other historical landmarks. the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. the rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and spacious shower rooms, which were a delight.
The location of the hotel is not convenient, as it is situated at the top of a slope, and the only convenience store is at the bottom. the bath and toilet area are small and may not be suitable for non-Japanese visitors.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily access the nearby attractions with a short walk. The staff were really friendly and provided excellent customer service, even communicating in English. The room was truly comfortable, with a spacious shower room and a cozy bed. Lastly, the scenic view from the hotel restaurant and cafe was absolutely breathtaking.
Everything great, no complaints whatsoever.

Spent the New Year here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and spoke English well. The location was great, with easy access to the local attractions. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was spacious. I also enjoyed the view from my room and the restaurant- it was fantastic!
That there were no convenience stores nearby. It was too far to walk to the nearest one.
